What do you need to know about photography techniques?

1. How to pan?

Panning is a technique for photographing moving subjects. Its characteristic is that the focus of photography is on the static part, and the camera is panned to follow the subject to express its sense of speed. To use this shooting technique, you need to set the camera to shutter priority mode, and then use a slower shutter speed, usually 1/30s or 1/60s. The camera should follow the subject closely and move with its movement to achieve the effect of clear subject and blurred background. Of course, there is a greater chance of capturing sharper photos in continuous shooting mode.

2. How to place a tripod on a slope?

If you use a tripod to assist shooting on a slope, there is a way to keep the camera away from sudden dangers. If we are shooting on a rock or the slope of a hill, let one leg of the tripod face you, so that the three legs of the tripod can stably support the camera and prevent it from falling.

3. How to avoid underexposure?

Photographers often underexpose when taking pictures. They are afraid that the flash will be too bright when taking pictures, sacrificing the natural light of the scene environment. In this case, the best way is to use the camera's exposure compensation function. As long as the exposure compensation function is pushed up by one or two levels, the generally dark situation will be improved.

4. How to focus first and then compose the picture?

First aim the focus point in the center of the screen at the face of the person you want to photograph, half-press the shutter button to complete the focusing and metering process, and press and hold While holding the shutter button, move the camera laterally to recompose the shot.
