Southwest University Student Art Troupe is a student organization directly under the Youth League Committee of Southwest University. It is the oldest school-level comprehensive literary and art group in Southwest University. Under the leadership of the Party Committee of the school and the cordial guidance of the Youth League Committee of the school and several professional teachers, we have always adhered to the concept of "art grows with me". The art of blooming? Rhythm "slogan, active innovation and continuous progress; A large number of outstanding students who love art and life have emerged, and have participated in various cultural performances in provinces, cities and districts on behalf of the school for many times, and achieved excellent results. The dance "Soul of the Yellow River" won the first prize of the first college students' art festival in Sichuan Province; The dance "Red Sun in Plateau" won the first prize of the National College Art Festival; The poetic dance "Lilac Flower" won the special prize of the second Chongqing Student Art Festival, and the dance "Urban Female Migrant Workers" won the second prize of the second National College Students Art Exhibition. The Art Troupe has participated in the celebration of the 80th anniversary of Chongqing's founding and the 5th anniversary of its direct administration, the opening ceremony of the second Universiade for Chongqing University students, "Going to the countryside in summer", sympathy for the poor, campus spring for college students, and cultural exchange performances in Thailand, and won unanimous praise from all walks of life.

Southwest University Student Art Troupe is a group integrating art, culture and entertainment. It has a sound organization, a mature operating mechanism, a fixed training place, stable activity funds and professional instructors. There are currently five sub-groups and three administrative departments.

The organization of the Art Troupe is the Deputy Secretary and Honorary Head of the Youth League Committee. The head and deputy head are students, and the artistic director is a professional teacher. The school youth league Committee is in charge of the teacher to guide the daily affairs of the art troupe. At present, the Art Troupe consists of five sub-groups and three departments, each with a head and two deputy heads. Each of these three departments has a minister/director and several deputy ministers/directors, who are specifically responsible for the daily activities within the group.

Office: the daily management and coordination organization of the Art Troupe, which is mainly responsible for the daily management of the Art Troupe and the coordination among various departments and performing groups, and is the link between various departments and sub-groups of the Art Troupe.

Propaganda and Planning Department: the propaganda organization of the Art Troupe, responsible for the publicity and planning of various activities of the Art Troupe, the overall creative planning of the party and the packaging of the stage. It immediately told the students about the wonderful activities of the Art Troupe, which played a great propaganda role for the Art Troupe. It was mainly responsible for the construction and maintenance of the Art Troupe's network platform, the photography of various performance activities, the production of publicity photos and videos, the production of poster curtains, the production of multimedia courseware and the production of audio. He is also responsible for the publication of the monthly report of the Art Troupe, as well as contributing to the major media inside and outside the school and establishing long-term cooperative relations, and publishing internal exchange publications of the Art Troupe.

External relations department: one of the three administrative departments of the art troupe, responsible for the contact and cooperation with various organizations and major companies. It is a bridge between the art troupe and other organizations. Its main job is to contact with the outside world, expand the influence and popularity of the art troupe, and provide strong support for the art troupe to run various activities well.

Dance sub-group: an important team under the Student Art Troupe, composed of students with a certain dance foundation, is responsible for the dance performance of the Art Troupe. Since its establishment, the dance team of the Student Art Troupe has been active on the cultural stage inside and outside the school, making positive contributions to popularizing elegant art and inheriting national culture, and has achieved quite excellent results in competitions many times.

Dress etiquette Asian Group: One of the important parts of the Student Art Troupe, since its establishment, it has provided dress etiquette services for many major conferences and activities in schools and all walks of life, which has been well received. With the continuous strengthening of campus culture, dress etiquette team has played an increasingly important role in various activities.

Performing arts sub-group: as the host of the party, we perform language programs at the party, with the purpose of trying to discover and interpret our innermost stories, and the performance forms are rich and varied.

Vocal Music Group: It is composed of a group of students who love music. Including national, bel canto and popular singing. For a long time, under the careful guidance of professional teachers, it has provided a stage for students who are keen on vocal performance, and it is also a classroom to improve their musical literacy, professional knowledge and teamwork ability.

Instrumental Music Group: Instrumental Music Band is one of the most influential groups in student colleges, with complete organization and reasonable structure. He has participated in many large-scale school and social performances, undertaken important tasks, and held special concerts regularly.
