Haifeng Jiming Temple is located in Lianhuashan Forest Management Zone in the north of Haifeng County, Shanwei City, Guangdong Province, 0/3 km away from Haifeng County, on Jixin Mountain surrounded by lotus flowers and silver bottles. Founded in the sixth year of Chongzhen in Ming Dynasty (1633). It was founded by Yin Zhen, a monk, to raise money from businessmen in He Yi. The original site is located at the foot of Lianhua Mountain, 5 miles opposite the temple. Because this person often heard a rooster crowing on Jixin Mountain at dawn, he thought it was Ling Rui who moved here.

1987, after several treks, the Zen master of Dingguang Temple in Lufeng found the old site of Jiming Temple and decided to rebuild it under the guidance of Yinzhen. The preparatory committee of Jiming Temple was established on May 26th of the following lunar month. At the end of the year, the abbot of Kaiyuan Temple in Chaozhou presided over the groundbreaking ceremony. 1March, 989 17, Master Shi, head of Kaiyuan Temple, and Master Shi Hongru, head of Nanyan Temple held a groundbreaking ceremony for reconstruction. At the end of 1999, Shi Hongman, vice president of the Provincial Buddhist Association and the first monk of Guangxiao Temple, was hired as the abbot of the temple. Now Jiming Temple has begun to take shape, and it has built a magnificent and solemn Hall of Great Heroes, which enshrines the Three Treasures of Buddha. Waishanmen, three classrooms, meditation rooms, bell and drum towers and vegetarian restaurants have been built successively. , covering an area of about 50,000 square meters. The Shanmen archway "Jiming Temple" was inscribed by Zhao Puchu, a famous calligrapher and former president of the Chinese Buddhist Association, and there were couplets inscribed by famous artists such as Shi, Yu Zaohua.
