Business by the sea

When I was in a photography reading tutorial class in Sanya, I only had free time to go to the seaside every morning.

One morning, I met my colleague's company photographer 47 at the seaside. He brought a professional camera and a professional model, so I brazenly dragged him to take pictures of me.

Strangely, in this process, tourists kept coming to ask him:

After many twists and turns, 47 students laughed and cried. I joked:

I give a hypothesis:

Other photographers need to stay at the seaside in the scorching sun for seven or eight hours, and you can finish your business in three hours.

I am not an economist or a full-time businessman.

But I'm a product person, so I'm talking about a hypothesis.

Since it is a hypothesis, it needs to be verified.

From an idea to a service and product, there is a service blueprint and SOP process.

Service industry has a proper term: service blueprint.

The so-called service blueprint is what your "user interface" (what customers think of you) looks like from the point of your first contact with customers, and what your background will do after contact.

For example, when we eat in a restaurant, queuing equals sign is the first user interface.

Being seated by the waiter is the second user interface;

Subscription is the third user interface;

Serving, calling for service in the middle, packing and paying the bill, each sub-customer has different service blueprints according to different business needs.

I have been "advocating" everyone to find more possibilities after work.

Just because I did it doesn't mean you can do it.

Just like I am now doing some slash career and personal brand consultation for many friends.

To put it bluntly, I just want TA to know that you are so awesome and hurry to make money!

But my consultation and writing only gave a "hypothesis" that he needed to verify.

Now everyone is talking about studying.

In fact, learning is an understanding of the world.

How do you understand freedom, love and life? How do you understand reading and writing?

It is these understandings that constitute our understanding of the world.

But is all this knowledge true?

Is it completely correct or partially correct?

Is everything written by Xiao Liu true?

Or is he only right, and there are still many preconditions left unsaid?

Once in Guangzhou, I attended the signing ceremony of Cheng Jia's new book "Study hard", and a classmate asked Cheng Jia:

In his book "Study hard", before talking about critical knowledge, the most crucial word, I personally think, is hypothesis.

Is what we think really what we think?

Only by saying that all assumptions are assumptions can we find a method to verify with practice and find proof.

Only in this way can we say that we have an open mind.

I especially like Huang Youcan's three classes. They always like to treat their courses as an experiment.

Every time after class, there is a big comeback.

Sometimes I will stop for two or three months to make a recovery update.

(two or three months, for a startup, it's too extravagant! )

I have been concentrating on reading recently.

I don't care if my content has been introduced by my predecessors-so what?

I feel that the essence of learning is the same when I read "On Reading Methods and Writing Methods of Reading" written by Mr. Zhu Guangqian half a century ago.

I didn't climb over the wall in Taipei to watch the short video program of online celebrities doing reading, and found that our reading could actually be more interesting and fun.

What I care about is how to make a bunch of concepts, methods and assumptions of scalp numbness clear and interesting.

Reading more and reading faster is not the ultimate goal, but the harvest of the process;

The purpose of this experiment is to make you like reading.

The more you like it, the faster you read and the more you read, the wider your understanding of the concept of the world will be.

In this way, your ability to cope with the impermanence of the world will become stronger and stronger.

For this experiment, I stopped all other courses (I dream of reading early every day without being affected). As a person who talks about money easily, it really hurts.

But if we can carry out a liberal revolution in reading, the loss will be too small.

June, let's wait and see.
