Fan Jinsong (female) is from donggang city, Liaoning Province. In 2008, six peony works were exhibited in Beijing National Railway Century Painting Academy and won prizes. He has participated in many provincial and municipal exhibitions and won awards, which has been highly praised by experts and collectors.
