What are American children's extracurricular activities like? Do you know that?/You know what? Do you know that?/You know what?

In order to enrich children's after-school life, the United States has established many non-governmental public welfare organizations, such as children's football, baseball and basketball associations. In terms of football, AYSO (American Youth Football Organization) is the largest, and every city has Ayso District. Every AYSO area is divided according to the age of children, including 4-year-old group and 5-year-old group. There are several teams in each age group, about 8 teams in the young group and more in the older group. There will be some fees when signing up. The alliance is not aimed at making money. The fees collected are used for hiring professional training teachers, renting venues and purchasing uniforms and equipment. At the same time, parents who sign up need to join volunteer service. Volunteers' work includes judging, coaching, marking venues, mobile devices and so on. And it is up to everyone to choose.

After signing up, the league will give the children a team. After the team information is confirmed, the team coach (parent volunteer) will choose the team name with everyone. Our stupid team name is Thunder, and our uniforms are blue.

There will be a football activity in the league every Saturday, which is divided into three parts. In the first part, the professional teachers appointed by the league will give the children about half an hour of professional football training. In the second part, according to the pre-arranged schedule, the two teams play for 30 minutes, which is divided into the first half and the second half, during which parents and volunteers serve as coaches and referees at the same time. The third part is the summary time. No matter whether the game wins or loses, the coach will high-five every child and say "well done" and other encouraging words. Then the parents will reach out face to face and form a tunnel for the children to drill. At this time, the children are very happy. Finally, snacks and drinks are also prepared by parents voluntarily. After initial registration, parents will get a timetable, and everyone will check the dates when they are willing to prepare snacks and drinks.

At this stage, after all competitions in the league, the league will arrange professional photographers to take photos with the team and present trophies to each child. Finally, parents will spontaneously organize a barbecue, enjoy a rich farewell banquet, and wait for the next stage of activities.

I think this kind of activity is very meaningful. It exercises children's self-confidence. No matter good or bad, they are encouraged and praised, encouraging them to stick to it and surpass their desires. It inspires children's competitive spirit and enterprising spirit. In the course of the competition, in order to win, every child is striving hard and does not give up easily.

3. It cultivates children's sense of teamwork, enables them to learn to live in a group and work hard for the honor of the group.

4. It enriches children's life, frees children from boring books, contacts nature and society more, and cultivates the ability to communicate with others.

Parents can organize some similar activities if they can. Your baby will love it!
