How to use the shooting and video function of Nikon D7000?

Nikon D7000 supports camera functions up to 1920x 1080, with 24 frames per second and continuous autofocus in camera mode. The shooting method is as follows:

1. It needs to be set before shooting. Press MENU, and use the edge direction key of OK key to select the shooting menu.

2. Use the edge direction keys of the OK key to navigate to the shooting menu → animation settings.

3. Click the animation quality again → select the appropriate quality.
