Egg manual course

Eggs are a popular snack, and here I will provide you with a simple manual egg tutorial.

Materials:

Two cups of pure flour.

1/2 cups of sugar

1/2 cups of milk

Two eggs

1/4 cups of melted butter

1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

Steps:

Prepare a large bowl, put flour, sugar and eggs into the bowl, and mix well with a blender or a manual blender.

Add the milk, melted butter and vanilla extract to the bowl and continue stirring until the batter is smooth and free of any flour particles.

Preheat the egg grids and apply some butter or cooking oil to each grid to prevent the eggs from sticking to the grid.

Pour the batter into the egg compartment with a spoon and fill it for about 2/3, leaving room for the eggs to expand.

Close the lid of the egg frying pan and cook for about 1-2 minutes, or until the eggs turn golden brown and swell.

Open the lid of the egg frying pan and check whether the eggs are cooked with bamboo sticks or small sticks. If there is no raw batter attached to the bamboo stick, it means that the egg is cooked.

Take the eggs out of the egg compartment with a knife or bamboo stick and put them on a cooling rack to cool.

Repeat steps 4 to 7 until the batter is used up.

Now, you can enjoy your delicious eggs! You can taste them at breakfast, afternoon tea or anytime. Remember to share with family and friends and taste this delicious snack together.

I wish you like making eggs and making delicious eggs!
