Can you still see the 3D effect of the 3D movie shown in the cinema if you shoot it with a camera and watch it with glasses?

You can't tell. The 3D effect of the cinema is to cross-play two pictures from different perspectives, and then filter out the pictures of the left and right eyes with red and blue glasses respectively. When shooting DV, there is no distinction between left and right frames. It was recorded at DV's own sampling rate and cannot be synchronized with the movie. Then you can't tell the left and right frames apart, and of course there will be no 3D effect.
