What is Jiu Jitsu?
Jiu Jitsu is an artistic expression with a long history in China. It was formally formed in the Western Zhou Dynasty, matured in the Sui Dynasty, flourished in the Tang Dynasty and entered the court in the Song Dynasty. Hundreds of operas once reached their peak. It's called Jiu Jitsu, or Water Jiu Jitsu, which is as diverse as China's dramatic art.
Extended data:
Jiu Jitsu, as a traditional project in acrobatic family, is known as "beyond the limits of human art". Maybe you don't know the term Jiu Jitsu, but you probably know that some acrobatics have rolling lights and other items. Rolling lanterns is a performance of Jiu Jitsu. Jiu Jitsu is different from ordinary acrobatics, and it is more about pursuing people's soul feelings.
But Jiu Jitsu trains people's sense of pain, and general acrobatics trains people's brains and limbs. Jiu Jitsu is a passive stretching training of human connective tissues and ligaments, which requires actors to have extremely high flexibility talent.
As we all know, in ballet, dancers can bend over and split. In fact, the process of training bending with splits is to stretch people's ligaments, but jujitsu requires much higher softness than dancers. The vast majority of excellent jujitsu actors began to train their flexibility at the age of seven, and it takes nearly ten years to become an excellent jujitsu actor.
Because of the passive tearing of ligament in training, people often feel severe pain. They have to persist day after day and year after year, and few people can persist until the end. So there are very few people in this business, which is why Jiu Jitsu is not famous.
Jiu Jitsu performers mostly choose women, because women are more flexible than men and look sexier when performing, but in recent years, male flexibility training has also appeared.
Most jujitsu performers have been sent to professional schools since childhood.
China's Jiu Jitsu (known as Water Jiu Jitsu, which is different from Japanese Jiu Jitsu and originated from China) has a long history and has become a program to attract Hu people in the Han Dynasty. Its jujitsu performances include anti-bow and handstand slapping. Anti-bow refers to the performer bending his back backwards and supporting his body with his palms and soles.
