What should I do as the first step in learning photography?

Many people are relatively lacking in photography skills. We can see many images through our eyes, but how to record them on the negative?

Our trip is wonderful, but often the photos taken at the end have little to do with our experience.

Why? I think the main reason is that most of us have only served as temporary photographers once. They have been in the primary stage of learning photography and have never mastered the basic photography techniques.

Therefore, many people tend to buy a favorite camera and set it to auto focus, auto exposure or even auto mode, so that they don't have to consider how the camera works at all. However, this means that they give up their responsibilities as photographers and become camera carriers instead of photographers. They let the machine make decisions for them instead of learning how to control it.
