20 19 notice on the implementation area of individual enrollment for rural students in Shandong college entrance examination

This year, the Ministry of Education will continue to implement the individual enrollment plan for rural students (hereinafter referred to as the special plan for colleges and universities). Independent enrollment pilot universities such as universities directly under the Ministry of Education will arrange an enrollment plan of not less than 2% of the undergraduate enrollment scale of the university, mainly to recruit rural students who are remote, poor, hardworking and excellent in high school in ethnic counties (cities, districts). With the approval of the Ministry of Education, some provincial-level counties (cities, districts) with financial difficulties in our province, the central and western regions and the old revolutionary base areas of Yimeng were included in the special plan of colleges and universities. The implementation areas (list attached) will be announced, and the relevant matters are notified as follows:

(1) Conditions for entering the examination. The household registration of applicants and their parents or legal guardians must be in the rural areas within the implementation area of our province. I must have a local household registration for more than 3 consecutive years (subject to the local household registration before entering high school) and a local high school for 3 consecutive years and actually study, which meets the registration conditions for the unified college entrance examination in that year. The relevant county (city, district) Education Bureau is responsible for the qualification examination and review of candidates.

(2) Time and method of registration. The deadline for candidates to register for special programs in colleges and universities is May 5, and candidates need to log on to the Sunshine College Entrance Examination Platform (/gxzxbm) to complete the registration application.

The education administrative departments of relevant cities and counties (cities, districts) are requested to forward this notice to senior high schools as soon as possible, and take the initiative to carry out various forms of publicity and interpretation, so as to dispel doubts and doubts, so that the majority of candidates can fully understand relevant policies and encourage outstanding students to register enthusiastically.
