Tremella fungus and rice wine can be used to make soup. Here is how to make it.

Prepare ingredients: white fungus, rice wine, red dates, and rock sugar.

1. First, we soak the white fungus for 2 hours. After soaking, wash it with clean water and tear it into small pieces.

2. Then we add cold water to the pot, put the white fungus in the pot and bring to a boil over high heat, as shown in the picture below.

3. Then add red dates to the white fungus soup and simmer over low heat until the glue comes out, as shown in the picture below.

4. Then we add a small bowl of rice wine, stir evenly, and continue to boil.

5. After boiling, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar. Once the rock sugar melts, it is ready to serve, as shown in the picture below.
