During the investigation and visit, the working group learned that the main irrigation channels in XX village were seriously silted up due to disrepair, which directly affected the production water for spring ploughing. The masses reacted strongly, and the village Committee was also worried about the funds needed to clear the channels, so it had to ask the construction team to come in first and then find ways to raise funds. At the same time, the water conservancy infrastructure in the other three villages is relatively weak, and the maintenance of pumps is also difficult. We ask the members of the working group to master the people's feelings and public opinions, implement the Party's policies in the front line, change the style of cadres, embody scientific development, go deep into the countryside and closely contact the masses to achieve the "six prohibitions", and strictly require each member to stay in the village for five days a week. At the same time, it also organized government officials to take turns in rural villages and households in batches to seriously train and exercise cadres and change their work style.

While visiting farmers, we also increased publicity, and issued more than one brochure 1000 on scientific farming, breeding, rural legal knowledge, and policies to benefit farmers. We should conscientiously sum up the day's work and complete the diary of people's feelings. Team members should exchange work experience, timely and irregularly report work progress, work trends and effective practices to the city's "thirty thousand people" office. In the meantime, we will report the feelings of the people in 9 diaries.

Third, the problems existing in the work

Although the working group of our company has done a lot of work in carrying out the "30,000" activities in depth and achieved great results, there are still some practical problems, such as the short time of activities, which cannot fundamentally solve some problems, the communication with needy households needs to be further strengthened, and the ways to help them need to be further studied and improved.
