Solution of LED bulb heat dissipation: The solution of LED bulb heat dissipation mainly starts from two aspects. Before and after packaging, it can be understood as LED chip heat dissipation and LED bulb heat dissipation.

The heat dissipation of LED chip is mainly related to the selection and technology of substrate and circuit. Any LED will be made into a lamp, and the heat generated by the LED chip will always be emitted into the air through the lamp shell. Because the heat capacity of LED chip is very small, a little heat accumulation will make the junction temperature of the chip rise rapidly, and if it works at high temperature for a long time, its life will be shortened quickly. However, there are many ways to make this heat really export the chip to the outside air. Specifically, the heat generated by the LED chip comes out of its metal heat dissipation block, first through the solder to the PCB of the aluminum substrate, and then through the heat dissipation paste to the aluminum radiator. Therefore, the heat dissipation of LED hotel lights actually includes two parts: heat conduction and heat dissipation. The heat dissipation of LED lamp shell will have different choices according to different power and use places.

At present, there are mainly the following heat dissipation methods: aluminum heat dissipation fin: this is the most common heat dissipation method, and aluminum heat dissipation fin is used as a part of the shell to increase the heat dissipation area.

Thermal conductive plastic shell: During injection molding, the plastic shell is filled with thermal conductive materials to increase the thermal conductivity and heat dissipation capacity of the plastic shell. Air hydrodynamics heat dissipation: Air hydrodynamics uses the shape of lamp shell to make convective air, which is the lowest cost way to strengthen heat dissipation.

The long-life and high-efficiency fan in the fan lamp shell enhances heat dissipation: low cost and good effect. But changing the fan is more troublesome and not suitable for outdoor. This design is relatively rare.

Heat pipe heat dissipation technology: Heat pipe uses heat pipe technology to conduct heat from LED chip to shell heat sink. This is a common design of large lamps (such as street lamps).

Surface radiation heat dissipation treatment The surface of the lamp shell is subjected to radiation heat dissipation treatment: the heat on the surface of the lamp shell can be taken away by radiation only by coating the radiation heat dissipation coating.
