The Shili Flower Sea in Taiping Town is near the Yingba Line.

There are 300 mu of flowers such as Gesanghua, Zinnia, cosmos, sulfur chrysanthemum, zhiying, Daidai grass, Lubinghua, and corn poppy in Longgang Bay pastoral complex in Taiping Town, Xiayi County, forming a sea of ten miles. Flowers are rippling with the wind, colorful and fragrant. It receives nearly 10,000 tourists every day, making them feel that people are walking among flowers, just like traveling in a world of pictorial. Realize the scenery that the four seasons are evergreen, the flowers bloom in three seasons, the flowers and trees are colorful, and the four seasons are recurrent, and achieve the taste of "knowing the season by watching the leaves, knowing the season by distinguishing the flowers, and knowing the way by smelling the fragrance".

According to the managers of Huahai, more than 20,000 people came to watch and play at the weekend. The flower planting area of the park is 300 mu, mainly including Gesanghua, Zinnia, cosmos, sulfur chrysanthemum, cherry blossom, indigo naturalis, Lubinghua, corn poppy and other flowers.

Shilihuahai was designed by Professor Ding Ren from College of Botany, Zhejiang A&F University. It follows the design principle of sustainable development and combines the characteristics of modern agricultural garden flowers and urban country park landscape to experience the functions of sightseeing, leisure and health preservation and characteristic cultural experience.

According to the release cycle of the flower sea, it presents a mythical charm, realizing the scenery of evergreen in four seasons, flowers in three seasons, colorful flowers and trees, and four seasons, and achieving the taste of "knowing the season by watching the leaves, distinguishing the time by watching the flowers, and knowing the way by smelling the fragrance".

At present, the Longgang Garden Complex in Taiping Town has arranged more than 300 planting, breeding and scenic vendors for employment, and has become the leading industry for rural revitalization.

In order to facilitate the surrounding villagers to sell goods and non-staple food inside and outside the scenic spot, and to solve and drive more villagers to find jobs near the scenic spot, Longgang Bay Scenic Spot has set up a merchant management service group, which not only provides free sales booths, water and electricity lighting and cleaning services for merchants officially stationed in the scenic spot, but also provides vehicle guidance, order maintenance and security services for "supernumerary" merchants outside the scenic spot.

The "inside" merchants from the surrounding area and the "outside" merchants from outside the scenic spot can consciously abide by the various management regulations of Longgang Bay Scenic Spot, greet tourists from all directions honestly and faithfully, and show tourists a good image of the scenic spot.
