How many steps are there to make a 360-degree panoramic effect?

360-degree panoramic renderings are believed to be familiar to everyone. Through the means of VR virtual reality, 360-degree panoramic renderings allow users to freely move the viewing angle to browse the picture, and 360-degree viewing without dead ends is like being there. At present, 360-degree panoramic renderings are not only a photography production method, but also a new visual display technology, which is widely used in all walks of life. How many steps are there to make a 360-degree panorama?

The production of 360-degree panorama can be divided into two steps. The first step is the shooting of 360-degree panorama, and the second step is the post-splicing production of panorama.

1, 360-degree panoramic renderings shooting

We usually use tripod, SLR camera, fisheye lens and panoramic pan/tilt to shoot a 360-degree panorama.

The camera is fixed on the tripod. After setting the parameters, we can shoot. Generally speaking, we need to shoot 360-degree scenery. After taking a picture at an angle, move the camera horizontally to take pictures of adjacent scenes. It should be noted that there needs to be about 30% overlap between two adjacent photos for later software stitching.

After taking a 360-degree photo in this way, it has been completed. We can choose to shoot the material of the sky and the ground or subsidize it with software later.

2. Production after splicing

The post-mosaic production of panorama is a very important project. Generally, the software we use is ps, ptgui, lr, pano2vr and so on.

Firstly, the photographed pictures are imported into lr for color matching, so that the color values of each picture are the same. Then import ptgui for one-key splicing, and import the spliced planar panorama into pano2VR for spherical image conversion, so that we can get a spherical image of the panorama. Finally, a 360-degree panorama can be made by ps processing the details of stitching.

The above is a 360-degree panorama. How many steps do you have to take? I hope it helps you.
