A central path leads to the dominant restaurant/beach club complex, creating a response between the building and the beach. This trail connects and serves the interior main pool area and the beach. A wooden balcony to the north overlooks the dunes and beach, providing plenty of shade on hot days.

The distribution of the housing and its austere cube-like appearance draw on the traditional architecture and urban planning of the Aegean Islands. The concept is combined with narrow paths that lead visitors to unexpected views, leading to exterior stairs and outdoor seating areas.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the historic seaport city of Chania.
