1. University Profile

In April 2002, with the approval of the Sichuan Provincial People's Government and the record of the Ministry of Education, Chengdu Art Vocational College was established. On February 20 18, 18, the Ministry of Education officially approved the school to be upgraded to an undergraduate college and renamed it Chengdu Art Vocational College, becoming the first batch of pilot colleges for vocational education at the undergraduate level in China and the only one in Sichuan. In September, 2022, the Academic Degrees Committee of Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved Chengdu Art Vocational University to set up a new bachelor's degree awarding unit.

After more than 20 years of pioneering and enterprising, the school has developed into the largest art college focusing on culture and art in Sichuan and even southwest China, and has trained more than 50 thousand high-level technical and technical talents for the society.
