What is the difference between high borosilicate glass and ordinary glass?

The content of boron trioxide in high borosilicate glass is about 14%, and the content of silica can reach 80%. It can be seen that there are obvious differences between them in composition and technology.

2. The temperature is also different. Generally, high-white glass can withstand the high temperature of 150℃. When pouring boiling water, it is best to put the empty glass into warm water first to avoid excessive temperature difference between inside and outside. High borosilicate glass can withstand the high temperature of 200℃ and can be directly poured into boiling water.
