How does Sony rx 100m4 transmit photos to mobile phones?

Sony Black Card RX100Ⅳ has two ways to send photos to mobile phones:

Transmission through computer

① Install batteries and memory cards for Sony Black Card RX100Ⅳ.

② Take photos or videos as needed.

③ Connect the camera to the USB interface of the computer with the attached data cable.

④ Open my computer-removable disk-DCIM-1xx+0xx folder.

⑤ Copy the required data to the designated folder of the computer.

⑥ Connect the mobile phone to the computer with a data cable.

⑦ Download the photo data copied to the designated folder of the computer to the mobile phone.

B. Wireless transmission through WIFI.

① Install batteries and memory cards for Sony Black Card RX100Ⅳ.

② Take photos or videos as needed.

③ Download and install the PlayMemories mobile application on the mobile phone.

④ Turn on the camera, turn on the WiFi function, turn on the phone's WiFi search and select the model name (direct-DSC-Rx100Ⅳ), and enter the password displayed on the camera to connect the camera.

⑤ Press Menu → (Wireless) → Send to Smart Phone → Required settings on the camera.

Button, the setting screen of [Send to Smart Phone] will appear.

⑥ If the camera is ready for transmission, an information screen will appear on this product. Use this information to connect your smartphone to this product.

⑦ Display all the images recorded on the memory card of this product on the smart phone, and choose to upload.
