Managers should respect, cultivate and rely on people in accordance with the requirements of "all-round development of people". We should respect and inspire the initiative and enthusiasm of employees to ensure safety. Field workers have direct production experience and understanding, and have personal experience and understanding of ensuring safety, which is often more practical and effective. As managers, we should be good at listening to and accepting the opinions and suggestions of employees with an open mind.
