Didi Driver: Look at the screenshots of these orders, and you will know how high Didi Company has drawn.
There are several workers in the car. Basically, every day I go to work is called Didi, and I occasionally use a ride. After a month, it was almost 1800, and the company reimbursed them for the fare. I believe that many local masters have received their orders, and the same master will receive their orders many times.
Let's take a look first. How much is this special order in the driver's hand?
And how much do passengers have to pay? You can use Didi to estimate the passenger side, which is basically 32 yuan. You can't count it. You can pick up the calculator of your mobile phone and calculate, 32- 19.3 12.7, 12.7 32 0.3968. In other words, the discount platform is nearly 40%. I think that's what the platform says.
Coincidentally, a master took over these passengers and they took screenshots of the whole order. Let's take a look at the screenshot below.
When passengers get off the bus, they are also willing to share the order record and let the master take pictures on the spot. How much do passengers pay? As you can see, we extracted near 10 yuan from the driver.
I thought this was the end of it. Coincidentally, some car owners took over the ride orders of these passengers. Unexpectedly, the fare of hitchhiking is slightly higher than that of express train (the fare charged by the owner).
Now, there are pictures and truth! We should not wronged Didi, nor let Didi do whatever he wants. On the one hand, passengers complain that calling a car is getting more and more expensive; On the one hand, drivers complain bitterly, and the fare paid by passengers is greatly reduced in the hands of drivers. Who can get the money? I believe everyone knows.
Of course, Didi Platform also plausibly explained that part of the service fees extracted by the platform from each order will be distributed to drivers in the form of "subsidies", with the purpose of "encouraging drivers to take more orders in rainy and snowy weather, morning and evening peaks, holidays and travel peaks."
The platform's explanation is quite reasonable. However, how many drivers can get rewards or subsidies from Didi platform? The platform didn't say. This is a muddled account with strong maneuverability. I believe that if given a choice, the vast majority of drivers would rather choose a platform to reduce the draw ratio than choose a "castle in the air" reward or subsidy.
Why? For example, in the morning and evening rush hours, in theory, you can make eight orders and reward 15 yuan in two hours, but it is very difficult to operate in practice, because there are long-distance orders and short-distance orders, and sometimes you receive a long-distance order, and there are many traffic lights on the road, so it takes more than half an hour to make a single order, and it is difficult to complete the task at all, unless you are particularly lucky, and indirect orders at peak hours are short-distance orders.
In fact, Didi has the sincerity and determination to reward (subsidize) drivers, and there is no need to engage in these tricks of "painting cakes to satisfy hunger". It is only necessary to reduce the commission of each order in different time periods to ensure that the driver will put it down and run happily. Very simple thing! Simply modify the rules or procedures, and complex things will become simple at once.
At one time, the platform really took 20% commission, and then deducted 0.5 yuan's information fee. However, since the taxi fare was charged separately, there has been a strange phenomenon that passengers are getting more and more expensive and drivers' income is getting less and less. Obviously, Didi is "a bright road, a dark position"! You can't eat at both ends, but the food is too ugly.
According to Didi's explanation, the subsidy for drivers is to encourage and compensate drivers to provide services in special periods (low-profit periods), while the subsidy for passengers should correspondingly encourage passengers to use cars in specific periods (such as off-season or peak hours).
However, if a passenger calls Didi for a long time and is charged so much fare to subsidize other passengers' cars in the off-season, is it fair to him or her? In the same way, the platform first draws a high commission from the driver, and then uses this money to encourage the driver to get more work. Isn't this "insufficient losses, more than enough"? Didn't it create new unfairness? If the platform wants to ensure the transportation capacity during peak hours or holidays, it only needs to reduce the proportion of bills drawn in different time periods. I'm sure the drivers and masters will drive one after another. Of course, there are many ways to encourage drivers to drive, and there are also many measures to encourage drivers to work harder and get more.
Next, I think what Didi needs to do is to make an open, transparent and unified order, and we can no longer take hitchhiking orders, carpooling orders, preferential orders, orange orders, etc. as so-called "extreme orders" to make huge profits.
