First of all, the first line, eggplant field.

Chicken is generally used as meat, which has less fishy smell. The rest of the vegetables are actually free to join. As for fruit juice, because it belongs to western food, it is more western. Melt 20g butter, stir-fry a clove of garlic until fragrant, and stir-fry two spoonfuls of low-gluten flour into a paste. Add 200ml of milk, a tablespoon of miso and some salt. Boil for about 5 minutes, and it will sting. Then add your meat and vegetables to the baking tray, pour this juice into your baking tray, sprinkle with cheese powder or spread cheese strips, and bake for 7 ~ 10 min. Be sure to bake and color.
