Although Tim (played by Jeff Daniel) is an ambitious TV reporter, he is not appreciated by his boss, and even his hard-won performance opportunity is ruined for no reason. Not only was the most beautiful anchor (played by Irina Karp, Tairova Bai He Lei) cold to him, but the boss decided to send him home to eat by himself.

On the way home, there was a sudden flash and explosion. Unfortunately, Tim thought he had been in a car accident. Unexpectedly, when he got off the bus, it turned out that the Mars spacecraft had hit the earth! Martin, the Martian who changed the appearance of the earth, had to find Tim in order to repair the spaceship. Tim, full of news, found that this was the biggest news of the Millennium. Once he gets this exclusive, the Pulitzer Prize, which represents the highest honor of journalists, may be expected. Ostensibly to help Martin, he began to record Martin's every move privately and prepared to make it public.

Unexpectedly, the longer Tim and Martin spend together, the more he discovers that he is actually a kind alien. He likes to eat ice cream. Even its talking clothes are like the washing machine of the earth people, and they are very comfortable to wear. However, due to Martin's strange behavior, he was unconsciously targeted by the team members of the Space Research Center, and Tim's old colleagues who spared no effort to grab the news began to find that something was wrong. On the one hand, they pretend to help Martin repair the spaceship, on the other hand, they have to deal with the questions of their colleagues. In addition, his heart is also struggling. Can Martin return to Mars smoothly, or can he stay on earth because of delicious ice cream?

This film is adapted from the most popular TV series of the same name in America. A lot of movie special effects are used, even the clothes of aliens are living individuals who can talk, and amazing technology makes the whole movie very interesting.
