My colleagues, they have to read the documents and requirements analysis from the beginning. So how do we view the demand analysis in the process of internship development? In software engineering, requirements analysis refers to all the work to be done when describing the purpose, scope, definition and function of a new computer system when establishing a new computer system or changing an existing system. I simply think that there are the following contradictions in our daily life and work:

First of all, this is a question of suitability and unsuitability. Some people have the talent to work in the IT industry, no matter how old they are, they will be able to do it with ease. There are many foreigners with beards who are still developing abroad. Their thinking is equally active and energetic, and they still have a lot of experience and accumulation.

Second, for people who don't like the IT industry, they accidentally chose this profession. At present, in the IT industry, the progress of learning technology will be slower than the former. At the same time, they can't find a better job and their skills are average. They have to work overtime every day in order to complete the task.

Third, there are two main points of view on career change: the industry itself and age. With the rapid development of technology, the blood of various companies is constantly changing. The development of enterprises depends on products, while the development of products is supported by technology. The difference between new and old developers is that the technology that the older generation of developers learned when they were young is rarely used now, and they are old and small in life, and their physical strength and energy are less invested. The ability to learn new technologies is not as good as that of young people, and their thinking is not sensitive. Their logical analysis ability and understanding ability are gradually declining, leaving only experience, but the experience of IT session is not as valuable as innovation.

Fourth, there are a lot of open source code downloads everywhere on the Internet. For people who are keen on development, with the extension of working hours, they find that they have joined the team with reverence for technology. Today is my fifth day at work. I am very happy. Today is Friday. Our SOA platform has been completed 80%, and this project based on struts, hibernate and spring framework has gradually surfaced.

Since what we want to do is web service, in the next task, we should not only build a perfect platform, but also focus on SOA. This is a challenge for us.
