I don’t know if LZ meant to say wedding photos. If so. If this is the case, the photographer will guide you professionally, and during the entire shooting process, there are not many scenes where you need to smile. If you really can’t smile, or the smile is ugly, the photographer will usually tell you that you can change it to something else. The lens will not have any impact on the entire wedding photo shoot.
