Decision of Nanjing Municipal People's Government on Abolishing Some Government Regulations and Normative Documents

In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the administrative licensing law and maintain the unity of the legal system, the municipal government has cleaned up the existing effective government regulations and normative documents. After cleaning up, it was decided to abolish 6 government regulations and 26 normative documents (see annex for the catalogue) whose main contents do not conform to the provisions of the administrative licensing law, and whose adjustment objects have disappeared, their application period has expired or they have been replaced by new provisions.
