2. Material selection requirements

2. There is no restriction on photography equipment, and both color and black and white photos are acceptable. Photos are required to be no less than 3M pixels and in JPEG file format. Works that use computer creativity or alter images are not allowed (only appropriate adjustments to brightness, contrast, color levels, and saturation can be made, and technical processing such as synthesis and addition is not allowed).

3. Works must be submitted electronically and paper copies will not be accepted.

4. Event Arrangement

Production. Before June 15, all party organizations actively organized party members to participate in the production and recommendation of works.

Selection. Before June 20, the party committee of the agency directly under the bureau will organize the selection of works, recommend the best ones to the municipal working committee, and appropriately commend outstanding works and outstanding organizational units.
