How does iPadMicrosoft365 add borders to pictures?

IPadMicrosoft365 adds a border to the picture, as shown below:

1. The first step is to open WPS office software and create a new blank document.

2. Step 2, click Insert in the title bar and select a picture to open.

3. Step 3, click on the picture tool above.

4. Step 4: Click the picture outline in the picture tool. There are many colors for you to choose from. You can also click the picture border and choose the border form.

The two most common color borders added to photos are black or white, which are usually used for photographic masks.
