The ancient bridge was demolished in Qing Dynasty, which is more important, urban renewal or ancient buildings?

65438+1On October 5th, an ancient bridge in Qing Dynasty was demolished in Aojiang Town, Pingyang County, Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province. The destroyed ancient bridge is called Fuxing Bridge, which is located in the east of Sunjiayang Village, Aojiang Town, Pingyang. This is a five-hole Liang Shi Bridge. It was built in Qingdaoguang 2 1 year (184 1 year), and it has been 178 years. It used to be one of the ties between Sunjiayang Village and the outside world, and the highest bridge deck was not above the water. The bridge was included in the third national cultural relics survey in Pingyang county on 201/kloc-0. In recent years, natural fractures have occurred at the southern end of the bridge, and people no longer walk.

Recently, bridges are being developed on both sides of the river, and both sides of the bridge are blocked by guardrails and fences. This century-old stone bridge, intact as a whole, stands alone on the river. On the 5th 12: 30, an excavator drove to the bridge, and the iron arm bypassed the guardrail around the river from the air and "lifted" it to Fuxing Bridge. In a few seconds, this century-old stone bridge was demolished, and most of the bridge body fell into the water, leaving only a bridge deck less than 2 meters.

After receiving the report from Sunjiayang Village Committee, Aojiang Town Government immediately contacted the community, Pingyang County Wenguang New Bureau and the local police station to conduct a joint investigation, and approved the units and personnel involved. That night, the Aojiang Town Government announced the results of the investigation. After investigation, Ningbo Metallurgical Survey and Design Research Co., Ltd. (Wenzhou Branch) is engaged in geological exploration along the river in this area. In order to facilitate the passage of its water operation equipment, without any report from any department, personnel were arranged to dismantle Fuxing Bridge with excavators without authorization.

In urban renewal and protection planning, we should advocate public participation, truly embody people-oriented, public interest and social acceptability of planning, and avoid decision-making mistakes. When planning urban renewal and protection, we should adjust measures to local conditions, highlight characteristics, and embody the principles of organic renewal and characteristic protection.
