Introduction to He Yanguang
He Yanguang (January 30, 1951 ~), male, native of Weinan, Shaanxi Province, member of the Communist Party of China, senior journalist, famous photographer, and important member of the April Film Festival. In 1968, he joined the Heilongjiang Corps. In 1981, he became a reporter for the Beijing Youth Daily. In 1983, he became a photojournalist for the China Youth Daily. From 1985 to 2005, he served as the director of the photography department of the China Youth Daily. Currently, he is the photo director of China Youth Daily and the vice president of China Press Photography Society. He has won the country's highest journalism awards seven times and is the only print media reporter in the domestic press who has won both the first prize for photography and the special prize for writing.
