Where is Nanjing Maple Leaf Scenic Area?

Nanjing Maple Leaf Scenic Area is located in Qixia Mountain, Zhongshan Botanical Garden and Cai Feng City.

Qixia Mountain is famous in the south of the Yangtze River, because there is not only a qixia temple, but also thousands of Buddha rocks carved in the Southern Dynasties and famous pagodas in the Sui Dynasty. Because of its deep forest, clear spring and breathtaking scenery, it is also known as "the first beautiful mountain in Jinling", and the folks are known as "there is a bull's head in spring and Qixia in autumn".

Transportation: Take the subway 1 line at Nanjing Station and transfer to D2 1 to Qixiashan East Station; Transfer from Metro Line 2 to Nanda Xianlin Campus Station to No.342 to Qishi Road East Station; Transfer from Metro Line 3 to Xinzhuang Station of Nanjing Forestry University to D2 1 Road to Qixiashan East Station; Get off at Jubaoshan Station of Metro Line 4 and transfer to D2 1 Road to Qixiashan East Station.

2. Zhongshan Botanical Garden

To see red leaves in Nanjing, you don't have to go all the way to Qixia Mountain. In fact, the red leaves in Nanjing Zhongshan Botanical Garden are more beautiful. Mainly maple trees. Among the many red-leaf tree species in the world, the autumn leaves of maple are unique and fascinating.

Transportation: Get off at Alfalfa Garden Station of Metro Line 2 and walk north 10- 15 minutes.
