The business scope of an enterprise includes: business items stipulated in the articles of association. Article 32 of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Company Registration

Where a company changes its business scope, it shall apply for registration of change within 30 days from the date of making the resolution or decision on change; Where the change of business scope involves projects that must be approved before registration according to laws, administrative regulations or the State Council decisions, it shall apply for registration of change within 30 days from the date of approval by the relevant state departments.
