Camera M, aperture setting and shutter setting are 1/250s. The photographic lamp has full light output, of course it is very bright. The flash is manual, so why does the camera still use automatic? If the flash is not in TTL mode, the camera should not use auto. The flash synchronization speed of D60 is the highest, which seems to be 1/250 s. If the shutter is still on, turn down the flash output, and don't turn down the camera aperture to F8, which will affect the image quality.
