Does Canon g 12 have camera function? If so, how to use it?

Canon g 12 has a camera function, which is 720P HD, but there is no optical zoom.

There is a dual-function dial on the right side of the camera top (near the shutter). The big one below is the conversion of ISO functions. If the light is dim or the moving things are transferred to a large digital file, the shutter speed can be increased, and it is easier to take clear photos, but the picture quality is reduced. Files that are usually set to decimal values have slower shutter speed but better image quality. The small dial above switches the shooting function mode. Just turn the icon labeled camera and aim at the yellow scale.
