Before the outbreak of zhàn zhēng, the shopkeeper ran a photo studio on the hillside. One day a couple came to the photo studio, and the lady bowed her head shyly, but the owner of the photo studio kept the smile of the lady in the photo with these hands.
Then the next year, the couple took their daughter to the studio. The shopkeeper tried desperately to make the girl laugh, but failed. Who would have thought that it took a photographer a lifetime to capture a girl's smile? The communication between the shopkeeper and the girl crossed the torrent of time, and a photo studio recorded the growth of generations.
There are no lines in the whole film, only soothing music and Japanese style full of painting style run through it. The bond between the girl who doesn't like to laugh and the photographer and the development process of Japanese society are two lines of the short film. In just over ten minutes, I told a life experience and quietly conveyed it to the audience. The photo covers all the contents.
"I often frown, but I don't know that it will bring such troubles to people around me."
