The photo assistant will not only fill the photographer's light, but also advise you on how to pose. If the photo assistant can't do this, the photographer can. When I take a photo, I move a few times at will and then let me make a formal shape according to the requirements of the photo, so that the final photo shape will be natural.

The third point is that clothes and shoes are provided by the photo studio, but they are not necessarily suitable. Sometimes it is your own clothes that are more suitable and have a better effect. So I suggest you prepare some clothes for the studio before shooting. You can try ordinary clothes. I don't recommend trying them, because the clothes in the studio are dirty and the style and size are not necessarily suitable. Wearing such clothes will definitely not have a good result. I'm just suggesting. Don't try, not to say that you can't try as long as you wear the right size and style. If the clothes are dirty, it doesn't hurt to deal with them later. As for shoes, it doesn't matter what shoes you wear if the clothes are long or half-long. Anyway, if the clothes are short and you want to shoot the whole body, the shoes must match the clothes. You'd better wear your own shoes. The shoes in the photo studio are as dirty as clothes. White shoes are basically "black shoes", and the size is not necessarily appropriate. Of course, this is not the case.

Eliminate external reasons, and be sure to find reasons from yourself. Don't be nervous when shooting. If you are nervous, no matter how the photographer or photo assistant guides you, it is useless. If you don't relax, it's no use what others say. If you are not nervous, you must follow the instructions of the photographer and photography assistant to help you shoot better results.
