Film shooting multiplayer skill

1. First of all, we need to know that the "focus" is the same as the far and near objects of the camera, and their focus distance is the same, so if the two people in the photo are side by side, we only need to focus on one of them; But if it is arranged in two or three rows, we should focus on the first row in the middle. If it is a group photo with more than four rows, then focus on the second row. The first point is that according to the characteristics of depth of field, the back depth of field is generally greater than the foreground, so it is very scientific to focus on the first row. Second, generally speaking, the first row are relatively important people, such as directors, leaders and principals. It is best to ensure that the focus can fall on them. For example, for such a group photo, our focus should be placed in the second row.

2. Focus on the second row in the middle to cover the depth of field. In fact, the size of the aperture will affect the range of depth of field. Therefore, if there are many rows in a big photo, our aperture will be reduced. The more the number of front and rear rows, the smaller the aperture will be. Generally, f/5.6, f/8 or less will be used to ensure the depth of field, unless a super wide-angle lens is used, so the impact of the aperture on the depth of field will be relatively small. If the light is poor, in order to ensure sufficient depth of field, you have to sacrifice your shutter speed, but generally it can't be less than 1/8 second.

3. If shooting outdoors, the best weather is cloudy, because the light on cloudy days is relatively soft, which will not have a great impact on the face. There are two options. One is backlight shooting. When backlight shooting, people's faces should be measured to ensure accurate face exposure. If there is a large flash to fill the light, the effect will be better. Don't shoot under the shade of the tree, or you will get a red face.

4. When taking large group photos, tables and chairs can be used to arrange the queue, which can make the front and rear rows more compact, so as to make more effective use of the depth of field and take better photos, mainly to take more hierarchical photos, and to avoid the front row blocking the back row. It is very important to take a group photo. If you take a group photo of more than 1 people, it is best to put the tables and chairs in an arc with the camera as the axis, because the clearest focus plane of the lens is on the arc with the radius of the lens focus distance. Therefore, if the arc team is used to shoot, there will be no unclear figures on both sides of the group photo, thus ensuring that the figures in the middle and on both sides are equally clear.
