Second, the meeting system (including every regular meeting, other special meetings, outreach activities or on-site organization)

1. All departments must hold regular meetings of members, summarize and report the work for a period of time, implement the plan and arrange the work for the next stage. If you receive SMS notification at every regular meeting, you should reply to the notifier in time, indicating that you have received the notification.

2. Failure to attend the meeting without reason, or failure to perform the formalities, shall be regarded as absence without reason. Absenteeism for 3 times or losses to the overall work of the department or the foreign working committee, the specific situation shall be dismissed by the superior vote.

3. Sign-in system should be implemented at every meeting. Any member who cannot attend the meeting due to important matters must ask for leave from the minister (2 hours) in advance. Otherwise, it will be regarded as absence. Too many times of leave are regarded as unqualified attendance.

Fourth, the evaluation system
