Fire hazard classification standard

Four categories, namely: light danger level, medium danger level, heavy danger level and warehouse danger level. Mild hazard level: buildings for the elderly, children, hotels and office buildings with a building height of 24m or less. Only the buildings in the closed system are set in the walkways. Medium risk level: high-rise civil buildings: hotels, office buildings, comprehensive buildings, postal buildings, financial and telecommunications buildings, command and dispatch buildings, radio and television buildings (towers), etc. The purpose of fire hazard classification is to take measures suitable for fire hazard, eliminate fire hazard, reduce fire hazard and limit the consequences of fire accidents.

3. Serious danger level: the material preparation workshops of printing plants, alcoholic products, flammable liquid products and other factories. Flammable liquid spraying operation area, solid flammable materials, flammable aerosol products, solvents, paints, asphalt products and other factory materials and the lower part of the production workshop, studio and stage "grape trellis".

4. Warehouse risk level: food, tobacco and alcohol, incombustible articles packed in wooden cases and cartons, shelf areas of warehouse-type shopping malls, etc. Wood, paper, leather, grain and its products, cotton, wool, hemp, chemical fiber and its products, household appliances, cables, B-class plastics and rubber and their products, steel-plastic mixed materials products, all kinds of incombustible articles packed in plastic bottles and boxes, and warehouses where all kinds of articles are mixed.

Legal basis: Article 4 of the Fire Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the State Council Emergency Management Department supervises and manages the national fire protection work. The emergency management departments of the local people's governments at or above the county level shall supervise and manage the fire control work within their respective administrative areas, and the fire rescue institutions of the people's governments at the corresponding levels shall be responsible for the implementation. The fire control work of military facilities shall be supervised and managed by the competent unit, with the assistance of fire rescue agencies; The fire control work of underground parts of mines, nuclear power plants and offshore oil and gas facilities shall be supervised and managed by the competent units. Other relevant departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall, within the scope of their respective duties, do a good job in fire control in accordance with the provisions of this Law and other relevant laws and regulations. Where laws and administrative regulations have other provisions on forest and grassland fire control, such provisions shall prevail. Article 5 All units and individuals have the obligation to maintain fire control safety, protect fire control facilities, prevent fires and report fire accidents. All units and adults have the obligation to participate in organized fire fighting. Article 6 People's governments at all levels shall organize and carry out regular fire prevention publicity and education to raise citizens' awareness of fire safety.
