Building a big stage has always been the place where northern pigeon fanciers dominate. Ten years after its establishment, the champions in the first nine years were all northern strongmen, so that some people would say that China pigeon altar was strong in the north and weak in the south, which discouraged many southern strongmen from establishing it. First, the champion didn't fall from the sky.

What makes the champion fly is not falling from the sky, but perfection. If you can't do it, you won't win the championship. This is an ironclad truth. Our pigeons are in good health. When it hatches eggs, we try not to disturb it and let it hatch eggs quietly. When the pigeon comes out, we take good care of it, feed it well, manage the family flight well, and have a careful plan for the road training, so that every link is not much better, and all the good things are concentrated on it, and naturally we will win the championship. It's not that easy to win the championship. We have done our homework.

Second, there are only two kinds of pigeons: good pigeons and bad pigeons.

I don't care whether pigeons are of domestic or foreign origin, what system and brand they form, and whether they are imported or hybrid. I think a good pigeon is good. Look at the pigeons. You'll know as soon as you get started. It can be seen that it is better to fly to the mountains or to the plains. There are many pigeons, which are quite many in our eyes. In my case, there is no distinction between ethnic origin and foreign origin, only good blood and poor blood. There are only two kinds of pigeons, one is a good pigeon, and the other is a bad pigeon, that is, a pigeon that has been eliminated. There is no third kind of pigeon. Pigeons with poor appearance, weak body and weak feathers are defective anyway. I just don't want them and deal with them mercilessly.

Bad pigeons are trained like champions, and poor pigeons will definitely not come back. The reason is very simple. Pigeons are no longer like pigeons. According to my personality, I don't want such little pigeons, I will deal with them all. What does the bad pigeon want? Again, don't distinguish between imported pigeons and pigeons bred by yourself, but between good pigeons and poor pigeons. Only pigeons can be used well. For example, a super pigeon will have many offspring in our family. I will match a super good pigeon, and each pigeon will be regarded as a champion pigeon when paired, so that the champion pigeon can be selected.

Third, super breeding pigeons and supporting standards

Super breeding pigeon means that the mother pigeon is like the mother pigeon. What kind of mother pigeon is a good mother pigeon, gentle and maternal; Male pigeons should be dignified and strong. Pigeons in my pigeon house all sell for 50 thousand, and their peers fly very well. It will cost tens of thousands of dollars to produce young pigeons in the future. We have Li Wenwu here, which is well raised, but the same pigeons are not well raised. Our training is to make pigeons fly 280 to 300 kilometers every day. We have our own standards, when to fly and when to return. Just how many kilometers, how long must it take to arrive, the calculated must meet my requirements, and must all arrive, not a dime.

Pigeon pairing is very important. Technically, we should strive for perfection and find the right combination on the pigeon racing line. It is also the key to raising pigeons. There are three stages, from birth to lactation, to 7 days, to 15 days, and the feeding amount at each stage is different. What kind of standard to raise after weaning is very strict and particular. What should I do if I lay eggs on the same day and hatch them on the same day? I have many pigeons and have my own way. Be very, very careful when matching pigeons. Every couple is expected to win the championship. Each pair should be matched according to grade A and standardized. If you play A, B and C, will A win the championship or B win the championship in the future, maybe C? I can't control the pigeons flying in the sky. What is their ranking when they fly back? Because you don't know that the little pigeon will win the championship, and you are not a fairy, you can't say for sure. Therefore, when pairing, don't divide ABC, they are all graded according to the champion, and pigeons can reach the standard indiscriminately.

Financial resources, intelligence, hard work and luck are the sources of success.

Speaking of adjustment, there is a lot of knowledge here. Pigeons, like people, have different tempers and personalities and cannot be treated equally. Some pigeons are in the state, while others are not. Our goal is to adjust the pigeons to the best condition.

It's not just a question of adjusting pigeons to the best condition, but a question of comprehensive ability. Entrepreneurship requires financial resources, intelligence, hard work and luck. Everyone has good pigeons, so luck is among them. However, there is necessity in accident. Pigeons are bad, so there is no luck. All financial resources, intelligence, hard work and luck must be combined to win the championship and climb to the top.

How did the pigeon Wang Guanjun come into being? Flying training is the key, and our pigeon flying training is described in two words: crazy! Crazy training has created a crazy bird.

We flew like this when we were in Shanghai a few years ago, every day. Take a day off if you are tired, and continue if you are not tired. Good weather is not afraid of flying. The result of our pigeon crazy training is only muscle, not fat. People come here to see pigeons and say, wow! Your pigeons are really well raised.

I send entrepreneurship, others also send entrepreneurship. I am not alone, and other people's pigeons are also good pigeons. I have always had such a sense of urgency, so I will keep practicing, work hard and never relax.

In fact, it's very difficult for us to win the championship. Just take a champion. There were 3500 pigeons that day, and more than 2000 pigeons came back that day. Oh, the pigeons created are really fierce. The third pass was 580 kilometers, and there was a strong wind of six levels that day. In other sheds, you can't come back in this weather.

5. The stage is as big as your self-confidence.

I think pioneering is the fiercest competition for homing pigeons in China and even in the world. It is no exaggeration to say that all the pigeons involved in entrepreneurship are not ordinary pigeons. The Entrepreneurship Competition is full of blood and is the biggest stage for the pigeon industry in China.

Then why did you start a business? To tell the truth, the bonus is also high and attractive. As I said before, as long as you have the financial resources, ability, hard work and luck, you will certainly get good grades. 20 17 we worked hard and everyone in our team gave a lot. Without hard work, it is impossible to achieve excellent results. 20 18, we will work harder and challenge higher goals, and we have enough confidence. I always say that the stage is as big as your confidence.

No one has won the championship in a row. In 20 18, we founded the club again with the mentality that the championship is hard to come by. Everyone is equal before the champion, and the opportunity can only be grasped by themselves. The door to the championship is open to everyone. I am not an empty talker. I understand that you must work hard. If you don't work hard, you won't get good grades. I am very grateful to my friends around me for their support in all aspects.
