Go back to school and climb stairs to make your head young.

From/Advanced Journal of Neurobiology

Often forget the east and the west, worrying about premature brain degeneration? If you want to make your brain young, I suggest that you might as well go back to school for further study. If you don't have time to go back to school, you can climb the stairs and rejuvenate your brain.

A research team from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, published in the Journal of Geriatrics Neurobiology. The results show that receiving campus education is helpful to improve brain health and delay the aging of brain gray matter. Every extra year of education can make your brain 0.95 years younger, and climbing stairs has the same effect. Climbing an extra flight of stairs every day can also make your brain 0.58 years younger.

The research team in Canada took healthy adults aged 33 1 name 19 ~ 79 as the research object. During the study, the gray matter volume of the subjects' brains was first examined by magnetic resonance photography, and then other life data were analyzed. The study found that the more stairs you climb, the longer you stay in school, and the younger your brain will be.

Because with the increase of age, the brain nerves and neurons will slowly shrink and lose, and the volume of gray matter will also shrink. Gray matter atrophy is considered to be one of the causes of dementia. Therefore, researchers suggest that the brain can be kept young by climbing stairs, and the elderly can climb stairs at least once a day, which can also simply promote brain health.
