This time, we used the most popular "wild" blue among the three colors in vivo X70 Pro+ series. In the resolution test, we use four rear cameras to shoot the resolution target, intercept the image quality of the center and corner, and then zoom in to see the specific image quality performance of different lenses.

002 high sensitivity test
When you open professional mode in the camera application, you can manually adjust the exposure. The sensitivity range of vivo X70 Pro+ is ISO50~ISO3200. Taking the whole ISO as a level, the details and dark parts are cut off to see that the image quality changes with the increase of sensitivity.
As can be seen from the screenshot, when vivo X70 Pro+ is below ISO400, the details and dark parts of the picture can present a relatively pure picture.
When using ISO800, local smear will appear in the dark; By ISO 1600, many details have been missing from the flower details of the picture, but the black part of the dark part does not appear in the common color noise on other mobile phones. It can be seen that V 1 chip has a good noise suppression effect. When using vivo X70 Pro+, we suggest that the sensitivity should be controlled below ISO800 as far as possible to obtain the best picture quality.
003 tolerance test
When using vivo X70 Pro+, you can set the "professional" mode to shoot materials in jpg and Raw formats at the same time, so our test also tested the tolerance of jpg and Raw formats respectively.
We set the shutter and ISO automatic in professional mode, and only adjust the exposure compensation of the camera. The exposure compensation range of the camera is between -3EV and +3EV.
From the restored jpg format and Raw format, it can be found that the photo tolerance range of vivo X70 Pro+jpg format is between -3EV file and +2EV file in jpg format;
After using the Raw format, the photo tolerance is obviously increased, and all the details can be pulled back after 3 files of overexposure. Therefore, when taking some photos with large light ratio, it is best to keep the Raw format file at the same time for later pull-back.
004 deformation test
In the distortion test, we photographed the brick wall with four lenses and observed the distortion degree of the image. Judging from the shooting results, the distortion of the wide-angle main camera, the main camera and the portrait lens can be almost ignored, except for the slight pincushion distortion in the picture taken by the periscope telephoto lens. On the one hand, such a good distortion performance is the embodiment of lens quality, on the other hand, it is also related to the algorithm of built-in V 1 chip.
005 anti-shake test
At first glance, the video anti-shake system of vivo X70 Pro+ is more complicated. There are three modes: standard anti-shake, super anti-shake and horizon anti-shake. However, after entering the professional video interface, the anti-shake mode is simplified to on or off. The following is the opening effect of the anti-shake mode tested at 4K 60fps.
It can be seen that when the anti-shake mode is turned on, the slight tremor of the hand is filtered out a lot. For a lighter mobile phone, turning on the anti-shake mode helps us to achieve the effect of approximate stabilizer when shooting a small range of moving pictures.

00 1 Zeiss
In addition to the blessing of Zeiss T* on the lens, vivo X70 Pro+ can also turn on the natural color of Zeiss inside the fuselage, making the straight color more realistic.
We also took the primary colors, Zeiss natural colors and Raw files of the same picture. From the comparison, we can see that the cold color of the primary color will give people a more gorgeous feeling, while the performance of Zeiss natural color for color is indeed more in line with the real color and the visual habits of human eyes.
In the umbrella figure below, the natural color of Zeiss is more obvious: while using the natural color of Zeiss, the algorithm will also protect the details of the dark part of the picture. It can be seen that after the dark part is forcibly promoted by using the Raw format, a purple color cast will occur in the dark part.
Therefore, when shooting in plateau areas, we usually use the natural color of Zeiss directly. While preserving the bright sky, the photos are highly saturated and full of flavor. It is really difficult for us to manually adjust the color science of Zeiss in the later stage.
002 original file
Although the natural color of Zeiss is very strong, in some environments with too large light ratio, the choice of bright and dark parts in the built-in algorithm may not be as we wish. At this time, the importance of RAW format files is shown. When there are obvious highlights in the picture, we will open the RAW format, which is convenient for modifying the light-dark relationship of the picture later.
At present, the mobile version of PS, LR and other software can directly open the RAW format. The main photo with 5000W pixels gives people an impression on a small screen, which is comparable to the high-precision picture taken by a professional camera. RAW format retains the original data of picture information to the greatest extent, giving a relatively large adjustment space. For those who are used to using professional hosts such as SLR and micro-single, the original picture generated by Zeiss natural color can also be used as a good color matching reference.
003 night scene
The shooting performance of vivo X70 Pro+ in dark environment has been greatly improved. Compared with the previous generation X60, X70 Pro+ uses the operation of the chip V 1, which has much faster processing time, better performance on the details of the night sky, and obvious noise reduction effect. There is no colorful noise in the dark, and the color of the sky is still pure.
At the same time, vivo X70 Pro+ has excellent control over ghost glare due to the improvement of Zeiss T* coating. Facing the direct light source, it will hardly produce obvious ghost effect, which can be said to be a sharp weapon for night shooting.
004 portrait mode

Sonner, that is, cream blur with large spots, is also one of the most popular filters in our daily life. This filter can make people more "soft" and reduce the unnaturalness of the algorithm for character edge and background segmentation.
Of course, the pixels of this lens are still not as good as the main shot, so we will also shoot directly with the film that comes with the camera. The retro halo effect will be randomly added to the photo, and with the rich effect of changing the shape of the background blur point, we can play a lot of tricks.
005 macro model
With the continuous development of vivo X series hardware, various special shooting angles can also be realized on X70 Pro+, such as "Super Macro Auto" which automatically turns on when approaching the subject.
In the photo mode, when you are close to an object, the super macro function will be automatically turned on, and then the 50-megapixel main camera will automatically switch to the 48-megapixel super wide-angle main camera. For example, there are two recording interfaces in the camera: video recording and professional video recording. The 8K video mode of professional video recording will show that anti-shake can be turned on, but in the 8K video mode of video recording, it will be found that anti-shake cannot be turned on.
Or when we start shooting in "video recording" mode, adjusting any one of the frame rate, resolution and anti-shake mode may cause changes in the other two, resulting in a large number of mixed videos with different resolutions when we look at the material later. Fortunately, this is not a hardware problem, but the system is updated and the prompt of the current shooting specification is added in the shooting interface.
Does the image of vivo X70 Pro+ perform well?
There is no doubt about the answer. In still photography, the natural color of Zeiss and the blessing of four lenses meet most of our shooting needs functionally. In terms of dynamic video, the anti-shake mode suitable for various occasions and the blessing of 8K video greatly increase the availability of our shooting materials.
In the process of using it, we are often amazed by its direct color and rich functions. If there is any deficiency, it may be that the integration of image functions needs to be strengthened.
