What is the relationship between photography and later stage, and who is more important?

For 1 ordinary photos, photography is the foundation, and the latter is to make up for and improve the shortcomings in photography. The two complement each other and make the photo more perfect. Without posts, photos still exist, but without photographic photos, posts don't exist. So it should be said that photography is more important.
