Time flies, the child has grown into a youth of 16 years old. One day, Gemma suddenly received a phone call from her old friend Keko (a bearded man whose name is Uncle Ka) in Sarajevo, saying that Sarajevo was holding a photo exhibition commemorating the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Some of the photos on display are the works of her dead photographer husband. I hope she can see them. So Gemma dragged her reluctant son to Sarajevo, which has been peaceful for many years: this is not only the place where the child was born, but also the place where he lost her husband in the war.

War does not believe in tears. The Bosnian war between brothers in those years not only caused human tragedy second only to the world war, but also separated lovers from each other. What can Gemma find in this sad place after revisiting the old place?

Most people don't know much about the Bosnian war in the 1990s. Only a few months after the disintegration of the former Soviet Union, the former Yugoslav Federation was dismembered into Serbia (with Belgrade as its capital) and Bosnia and Herzegovina (with Sarajevo as its capital). As well as Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro and Macedonia. But this is still endless. Then, the most shocking story began. When Gemma walked into Uncle Ka's house and met her surrogate mother Aska (who has become Uncle Ka's second wife), she felt that she had been fooled by everyone. In war, life is so fragile that surviving is the most important meaning. Faced with the torture of the soul, Diego couldn't stand it. The American who was laughing all the time in the first half, the young man who wanted a child to continue his blood so badly, never laughed again at that moment, and finally saved himself with his own life, changing from a comedy role at the beginning of the movie to a tragic role.
