How to light four 400W gold cup flashlights for basic lighting in the studio?

Three commonly used light distribution methods: 1. The ratio of main light, auxiliary light, ground light and background light is 1: 0.5: 0.5: 2.

2. Main light, auxiliary light, background light and background light, with the ratio of: 1: 1:2:2.

3. The ratio of main light, auxiliary light, background light and side backlight is 1:0.5:2:2.

The light ratio can be adjusted freely. Generally, the backlight and background light are slightly higher than the main light.
