In Beijing, the capital of China, the largest regular population migration is taking place every year. The high temperature in summer caused everyone to suffer from heatstroke, and the flood after the rainstorm washed away the road leading to the shooting place, which led to the delay of shooting. However, no matter the rugged road or the influence of high temperature climate, the shooting task will continue, testing everyone in this young documentary team.
The film crew has been working at a low temperature of MINUS 20 degrees for five days. In Dushikou town in January, the temperature was the lowest in the whole year. However, Dushikou candied dates with the most local characteristics are being produced here in full swing. The film crew should go to the local area to shoot at the coldest time, and the cold is testing everyone involved. Today, the film crew is looking for a higher shooting position in the cold, which is a very ordinary day for everyone.
Chicheng has many ravines in the mountains, and black, white and red rivers run through the north and south. The altitude difference in the same area is great, which leads to various landforms in a small county, which also urges people to stop and produce completely different diet structures in different environments. But for the film crew, shooting the most representative regional pictures is a time-consuming and laborious work with little return. In less than seven seconds, the film crew will spend a lot of energy to collect qualified pictures.
At five o'clock in the morning, the film crew should arrive at the hero's house before the morning market is over. Today's task is to track and shoot all the scenes of digging wild vegetables until they are sold in the morning market. As soon as the sun rose in the morning, the work had already started and lasted until four o'clock in the afternoon. In order to improve work efficiency, the general director temporarily decided to drive to the deepest position in the sample farm town more than 70 kilometers away and shoot in less than 7 seconds. For the film crew, receiving an unexpected phone call means a new challenge. The protagonist selected by the film crew during their inspection in Heilong Mountain, Chicheng County called and the wild vegetables were about to disappear. Once the film crew misses this year's shooting cycle, the whole shooting progress will be delayed by one year. In order to race against time, the film crew temporarily dispatched three creative personnel and rushed back to Chicheng shooting place from three cities across the country overnight. At the same time, Zhang Xiaodong, the general director, urgently contacted the shooting assistant to arrange equipment transportation and guarantee, and started the most difficult shooting task.
At six o'clock in the afternoon, all the staff arrived, plus the driver and a group of six people, driving from the county seat overnight, a line of more than 100 kilometers, to sandaochuan township. This is a race against time. At nine o'clock in the evening, the film crew found a place to live with the help of the local government. In order to ensure the smooth shooting of the next day, the general director continued to rush to the actual shooting place overnight, and contacted the protagonist to confirm the shooting work a few hours later. At this time, trouble followed.
Because the real shooting location is still hidden deeper in the mountain, the road is extremely difficult, and the models of the film crew are limited to relatively flat roads. However, due to the long distance and various equipment, the film crew vehicles could not arrive, and time forced the general director to solve it tonight. At this time, it was already midnight 1 1, and the crew could only ask the second producer Ming Xiaodong, who was far away from the county, for help and coordinate overnight in the local area. A few hours later, the film crew will get to the shooting place before the sun comes out, which will mean that the three masters who rushed back to Chicheng overnight only slept for three hours in 48 hours. This is a test for this young documentary team.

This is the work behind the scenes.
The dubbing draft of the film will be revised for the sixth time and for the last time today. After that, the amount of information in the manuscript will directly affect the development of the largest makeup work about hometown by the "Taste" film crew in a few days. The makeup work of the film crew began.
On July 26th, after the general director announced that the last shot was successfully passed, this one-year documentary, which lasted from June 65438 to June 2004, meant that the preliminary work was completely over. But this is only half the work of this documentary, and all the content filmed in the next few days will be stored in this room for intense post-production.
