What are the daily work of a short video operation?

Small partners related to short video operation will have a planning meeting every Monday, basically at 1 1 am. If there are no other special circumstances, this planning will include directing, photography, editing and operation.

Of course, the students attending the planning meeting need to choose 1-3 topics (because the operation will have other work arrangements, and the small partners in charge of the operation will shoot and edit a video every week), and everyone will speak in turn, as well as their own views on this topic, including the prediction of user preference and the cost of shooting and editing. Finally we will discuss and decide which is better.

The time required to complete the whole planning meeting is uncertain, long or short, which really depends on the content and feasibility of the current topic. After the planning meeting, everyone should write a script according to their final topic. After the operation partner writes it, it will show it to the director and photographer, and sometimes it needs to be adjusted.

Every Tuesday, everyone will concentrate on writing their own script, thinking about their own shots and scenes, and then we will finally determine whether this script is feasible and constantly revise it to achieve the best results.

Every Wednesday and Thursday is a fixed shooting day, and my friends' videos are taken on two days. Everyone will edit the material as soon as possible after shooting, because some shots can't be shot, so it will take a while to shoot again.

The video editing will start on Friday, and the director will arrange the time sequence for next week's screening. Everyone must finish the editing at least one day before this time. Before this time, I must think about my topic for next week and send it to the director, who will announce everyone's topic before going to work on Friday.
