Surveying and mapping charging standard

Article 1 In order to further promote the development of surveying and mapping and the development of surveying and mapping market, and improve the management of surveying and mapping fees, these Measures are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Surveying and Mapping Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Provisions on the Administration of Surveying and Mapping Achievements of People's Republic of China (PRC).

(5) engineering survey;

(6) digital mapping;

(7) Cadastral surveying and mapping;

(8) Marine surveying and mapping;

(nine) satellite positioning technology (GPS) measurement.

Two, surveying and mapping results, surveying and mapping data

(1) Data and maps of astronomical survey, geodetic survey, satellite geodetic survey and gravity survey;

(2) Photographic and remote sensing mapping image copies, tapes, etc. ;

(3) Various maps (including topographic maps, general maps, cadastral maps, nautical charts and other thematic maps, etc.). );

(4) Mapping maps and data of boundary and cadastre,

(5) Engineering survey data and maps;

(6) Other relevant geographical data;

(seven) technical data directly related to surveying and mapping results.

Article 4 Composition of Surveying and Mapping Expenses

First, the approved fees for surveying and mapping projects are based on the social average production cost of surveying and mapping products (including management fees, circulation fees, technical work fees), taxes (business taxes) and social average profits.

Two, surveying and mapping results, surveying and mapping data charges include part of the cost of surveying and mapping production, and consider the frequency of use, update cycle, management fees, maintenance fees and technical processing fees and other factors.
